Rusudan Kvachantiradze

Rusudan Kvachantiradze is an ICF certified PCC coach with experience working with local, international and foreign companies. His specialty is staff and organization development. Assists leaders with personal sessions to improve their own and team results. Team coaching sessions make it easier for teams to achieve the desired results faster and more efficiently with less expenditure of energy and resources.

As a mentor, Rusudan works with a variety of coaching staff, assisting them in upgrading to ICF standards by working with coaching competencies and skills.

Rusudan, as a business and soft skills trainer, works with local and international organizations, governmental and non-governmental organizations.
